At its incept his Michaël Zingraf’s discovery

broker. He swiftly discovers a

Strengthened in his guest by the
encounter of his future spouse, a
charming Cannoise, he embraces the
adventure.
Workaholic enthusiast, in order to pursue
his goal steadfastly, he develops a

ever consolidating covered territory
before taking on new challenges.
He opens his very first agency in the
Grand Hôtel gardens of Cannes-the
glamorous, a city of unique mythical
status as a center of privileges. Later
on, he will confirm this choice by setting
up his head office on its world
prestigious thoroughfare: the Croisette,
at number 34.
Having realized that sustained success
could only stem and be achieved from top
locations of well established landmarks,
the Mougins branch office will open, then
Saint Paul de Vence will follow, before
Saint Tropez. Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and
the Cap d’Antibes will also enhance the
trademark with offices commensurate
with the extended image, reputation
and measure of success. They will be
the mother-ships whence from his
shrewdly chosen team members, real
detectives with uncommon flair for the
rare, will seek out and unearth only
the most prized properties. This is the
only thing he will accept from them.

months ahead, Michaël Zingraf intends

contemporary art in a new final outlet
which will allow the combination of an
art gallery and a real estate agency.
